Welcome to Outpost X. By accessing our website, booking a reservation, visiting the property, or participating in any activities at Outpost X, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.




1. Acceptance of Terms


By making a reservation, entering the property, or using any services provided by Outpost X LLC (“Outpost X,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.


If you do not agree, do not use our services or property.




2. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver


Outpost X is an outdoor hospitality experience located in natural and rugged environments. Participation in activities and use of amenities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, or death.


By booking or entering the property, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with:


  • Hot tubs
  • Saunas
  • Fire pits
  • Trampolines
  • Trails and hiking areas
  • Tents, domes, caves, cabins, and structures
  • Outdoor furniture and decks
  • Uneven terrain
  • Wildlife, insects, plants, and natural hazards
  • Weather-related conditions
  • Water, mud, rocks, cliffs, or slippery surfaces


To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, indemnify, and hold harmless Outpost X LLC, its owners, affiliates, managers, employees, contractors, agents, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from your stay, participation, or use of the property, including claims arising from ordinary negligence.


You acknowledge that you are physically and mentally capable of participating safely and are responsible for your own conduct and supervision of minors or guests accompanying you.




3. Personal Property


Outpost X is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, vehicles, or valuables.


Guests are solely responsible for securing their property during their stay.




4. Reservations & Payments


Reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until payment is received.


Outpost X reserves the right to:


  • Require deposits or full payment in advance
  • Refuse service
  • Cancel reservations due to safety, fraud, operational, or legal concerns
  • Adjust pricing, availability, or policies at any time


All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars.




5. Cancellation & Refund Policy


Reservations are subject to the cancellation policy presented at booking.


Unless otherwise stated:


  • No-shows are non-refundable
  • Early departures are non-refundable
  • Refunds are not guaranteed for weather, travel disruptions, personal scheduling conflicts, or discomfort with outdoor conditions


VIP and crowdfunding reservations may be subject to separate terms communicated at purchase.




6. Check-In & Check-Out


Unless otherwise specified:


  • Check-in begins at 3:00 PM
  • Check-out is at 11:00 AM


Late departures may result in additional fees.


Guests must follow all property instructions, occupancy limits, quiet hours, and safety guidelines.




7. Prohibited Conduct


Guests may not:


  • Damage property
  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Disturb other guests
  • Engage in unsafe behavior
  • Bring unauthorized persons or animals onto the property
  • Use the property for commercial activity without approval


Outpost X reserves the right to remove guests without refund for violations of these Terms.




8. Force Majeure


Outpost X shall not be liable for delays, closures, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:


  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Wildfires
  • Government actions
  • Utility outages
  • Labor disputes
  • Pandemics
  • Internet or infrastructure failures




9. Website & Intellectual Property


All content, branding, logos, photos, videos, and materials associated with Outpost X are owned by Outpost X LLC unless otherwise stated.


Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.




10. SMS & Marketing Communications


By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from Outpost X, including booking confirmations, operational updates, promotions, and marketing messages.


Message and data rates may apply.


You may opt out at any time by following unsubscribe instructions or replying STOP to SMS messages.




11. Privacy


Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.




12. Governing Law


These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which the property operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.




13. Severability


If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.




14. Changes to Terms


Outpost X may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website, property, or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
